FAQ

Working with Better Yet.

Can you bundle repairs with painting?

Yes, when the repairs fit Better Yet’s capabilities. Drywall patches, trim, caulking, door, and hardware fixes can be listed in the same written scope.

Do you work in occupied and vacant properties?

Both are considered. Occupancy, access, protection, keys, pets, tenant communication, and scheduling are confirmed before work begins.

What about rentals built before 1978?

Better Yet does not currently accept projects in properties built before 1978.

Do you offer volume or net terms?

Terms are discussed directly and documented before work. The website does not promise volume pricing or payment terms that have not been approved.
