What we collect

Better Yet may collect your name, phone number, email, project address, property details, project notes, photos, communication preferences, referral source, website attribution information, and messages you send. Calls handled by the receptionist system may create a recording, transcript, and summary when disclosed during the call.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare and manage estimates, communicate about requested services, improve the website, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the business, including Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile, Quo, Retell AI, and analytics providers configured on the site. They process data under their own agreements and privacy practices.

Photos and storage

Project photos submitted with an estimate are stored privately and accessed through time-limited links. Do not upload sensitive documents, identification, financial information, or images unrelated to the project.

Text messages

If you separately agree to text messages, Better Yet may text about your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for inquiries, projects, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and business administration. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@betteryethomeservices.com. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate legal or accounting needs.

Your choices

You may use the site without submitting an estimate. You can opt out of texts, unsubscribe from non-transactional email, and ask Better Yet to update or delete eligible information.
