Permanent house lights, properly integrated
Beautiful at night.
Nearly invisible during the day.
Permanent lighting should look like part of the home—not temporary lights that never came down. We treat puck placement, track, wire routes, corners, and daytime appearance as part of the finished design.
The result is one roofline system for architectural white light, permanent holiday lighting, and custom color scenes whenever you want them.
Why concealed track matters
Permanent lighting without the DIY look.
- Wiring is managed inside professional aluminum track
- Puck spacing is planned for a consistent rhythm
- Transitions are treated as finish details
- Track color is selected around the home’s soffit, fascia, and trim
Concealed wiring
Track keeps the system orderly instead of leaving loose wire visible across the roofline.
Consistent spacing
The layout is planned before installation so pucks, corners, and transitions feel intentional.
Discreet by day
Track color is selected to integrate with the soffit, fascia, or trim around it.
Ready all year
Warm and cool whites, holidays, game days, and events live in one app-controlled system.
One system. More than one season.

Seasonal color without reinstalling temporary strands.
Programmable scenes for October nights.
Broncos colors or a custom team palette.
Red, white, and blue across the roofline.

The Better Yet advantage
Lighting and exterior finish, planned together.
Because Better Yet is also a painting and home-services company, we see more than the wire path. We consider the soffit, fascia, trim, and surrounding finish so the installation integrates with the home.
When the exterior needs attention, painting and lighting can be scoped as a coordinated project rather than two unrelated trades.

Permanent lighting FAQ
Before we walk the roofline.
Do you install customer-supplied Govee lights?
Yes, when the supplied system, measured coverage, power location, roofline, and access are a fit. We also quote turnkey packages.
Which system do you install?
Our initial primary system is Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro installed with concealed, color-selected aluminum track. The service is structured to support additional vetted professional platforms later.
Can the lights look like normal architectural lighting?
Yes. Govee Pro supports tunable white light as well as color scenes, so the system can serve everyday architectural lighting—not only holidays.
Will I see the lights during the day?
No permanent system is literally invisible, but thoughtful placement, concealed wire, consistent spacing, and a well-matched track make it far more discreet than a typical exposed-wire installation.
Can Better Yet match the track to my home?
We select track color around the existing soffit, fascia, and trim. When appropriate, Better Yet can separately quote painting or finish work to create a more integrated result.
How much does installation cost?
Pricing depends on measured roofline, stories, access, corners and transitions, power, track, and whether the system is customer-supplied or turnkey. We provide a written project-specific estimate before work begins.
